📋 Description
• Serve as a subject matter expert for FP&A processes and technologies • Collaborate with analysts to develop research and advice for finance leaders • Deliver high-quality advice through presentations and discussions with clients • Stay ahead of developments in financial planning technologies and processes
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in multinational organizations • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies • Experience in integrating financial planning with operational and business strategic plans • Experience improving forecast accuracy and implementing rolling forecasts • Established track record serving as a strategic partner to the CFO • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CFA/CPA preferred • Master’s degree preferred • Ability to conduct occasional travel
