Description

• Gaskins + LeCraw offers survey, civil engineering, planning consulting and entitlements • Facilitate the organizing, tracking, applying for, and follow up of all permits • Interfacing with internal engineering teams and clients • Obtain documents to facilitate the permit application process • Act as liaison between the Permitting Team and agencies

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience with permitting is required • Minimum 2 years in the Engineering/Construction industry experience is required • Strong organizational skills, time management, consistent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and delegate as well as take initiative are essential to this role • Must be able to work independently and as a team player, comfortable working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload • Proficient in MS Office and filing systems • Must be able and /or willing to learn how to read plans • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
