Description

• Assist in daily operations of Gate Card products. • Handle business partner's requests and follow up with internal requests to business partners. This involves working closely with internal business, finance, compliance, and customer service teams for operational issues of existing partners. • Monitor customer-related requests on a day-to-day basis and provide ad-hoc summaries and handling procedures. • Monitor and raise customer-related incidents and organize communication with users. • Draft and update customer-facing materials on the website, including banners, user guides, and product descriptions. • Monitor marketing and campaign-related operational issues, including data tracking and customer communication. • Identify and suggest improvements to current operational processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Payment or Card operations, customer service, or related experience. • Payments and Fintech experience preferred. • Fluent in English and Mandarin, ability to use both languages in professional settings. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Interest in cryptocurrency.
