🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in trading or trading product design in traditional financial institutions or crypto-related organizations. • Clear understanding of order lifecycle, low-latency and high-concurrency systems, and the full trading lifecycle. • Strong risk management awareness, effectively demonstrated in previous product designs. • Excellent cross-team coordination skills, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to deliver product design, launch, and execution tasks. • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to analyze the industry and niche sectors in-depth and broadly, driving business development through product innovation. • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Prior work experience at other centralized exchanges (CEX) is preferred.
