Description
• Lead or participate in the planning and design of the company's various products (including compliance, trade, earn, quant, social, etc.) • Discover the problems and challenges of the product, explore new value-added scenarios and demands in conjunction with the industry development trend, and enhance the competitiveness of the product • Coordinate resources across departments to efficiently drive product design and implementation, and track usage feedback and data for continuous improvement • Continuously research and analyze user behavior, and provide sustainable user experience design throughout the product life cycle to improve the user experience.
Requirements
• More than 5 years of experience as an Internet product manager with successful consumer Internet product design cases • Systematic product planning and design capabilities, strong ability to promote the project implementation, excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in mainstream product design tools, such as Axure, Office and other software tools to complete the detailed PRD document writing and prototype design • Active thinking, clear logic, clear expression of own ideas and opinions, and good communication skills with colleagues across departments • Familiarity with financial, securities and futures trading preferred, and strong interest in financial and securities industry • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, and ability to use them as working languages.
