Description

• Oversee end-to-end project management for Groups and U18s programs • Manage all operational logistics for multiple groups, balancing timelines and resources • Day-to-day communication with field staff/partners/suppliers for delivery • Develop and update location playbooks outlining delivery processes • Ensure health and safety protocols at GVI locations are upheld • Develop and manage budgets for Groups and U18s programs • Collaborate with the Business Development team to define requirements for each group

Requirements

• Project management experience • Field Experience • Proven track record of managing projects, operations and logistics • Flexibility and ability to handle ad hoc tasks and quickly adapt to changing priorities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience managing budgets and optimizing costs without compromising quality
