📋 Description
• Design, develop, and optimize systems while overseeing and guiding the backend development team to • ensure the delivery of scalable , and secure backend solutions • Drive architectural strategy • Lead complex backend initiatives • Optimize system performance • Ensure security and compliance through • authentication, data protection, and regulatory • adherence across all services • Define and drive key technical initiativ • Manage databases and storage solutions, selecting • and refining architectur • Lead incident response, coordinating root cause • analysis for critical issues and implementing • preventive measures • Contribute to the technical roadmap, proposing • and guiding adoption of emerging technologies or • architectural paradigms
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Preferred 8+ years of experience as Backend .
