📋 Description
• Ability to navigate through full-service bookkeeping services for external businesses on files of medium to high complexity • Manage, organize, and prioritize deliverables for multiple clients • Support a team of Associate Bookkeepers as a first point of contact for questions/issues • Organize and chair team huddles and meetings when required • Assist with onboarding and training new team members • Review prepared bookkeeping files for accuracy and file HSTs • Collaborate with WFM in client onboarding meetings and properly setup new client files for preparation • Manage ongoing correspondence with clients for file completion • Responsible for reviewing client T4s, ROE’s, WSIB, year end adjusting entries when applicable • Prepare and provide reporting to clients as needed • Attend a weekly strategy/accountability call with the workflow manager
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of Karbon, outlook, and other internal systems • Working knowledge of QBO and other bookkeeping software (as needed) • Ability to work independently and take ownership of work quality and timelines • Confidence in quality of overall work to be completed without supervision • Strong communication skills for client and team interaction • Sound problem solving ability and solutions focused mindset • Ability to work well within a team environment to support colleagues
