Description

• Product Management Directors at GameChanger lead and organize work across multiple cross-functional product teams. • Manage a team of senior product managers. • Oversee platforms and core services that power GameChanger. • Focus on performance, scale, customer experience, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated success establishing and executing technology product strategy at the leadership level. • You are an exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. • Skills in alignment-building, persuasion, storytelling, and coaching. • Experience recruiting other high-performing product managers and growing them. • A strong “product sense” to develop intuitive insights paired with an analytical mindset to use the best evidence available. • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
