• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Understand clients' business objectives, technical challenges, and requirements, and develop tailored solutions and strategies. • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering guidance on product implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Conduct regular technical reviews and assessments with clients to identify improvement opportunities and provide enhancement recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage the implementation and deployment of solutions, overseeing technical aspects of the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain account plans and strategies for assigned clients, identifying growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies. • Work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and expansion within existing client accounts. • Provide technical training and enablement sessions to clients, empowering them to use and leverage our products and services effectively. • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, delivering insights and best practices to help clients maximize the value of their investments.
• A Technical Degree (in Computer Science, IT, IT engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant technical experience (10 years); • 3+ years of relevant experience in technology/software pre-sales consulting, technical support, technical account management or related area; • Solid Linux system administration knowledge and hands-on experience; • Good understanding about networking; • Good understanding of the following: CDN Edge, Cloud, AI, Virtual Machines, Baremetal/Dedicated servers, Virtualisation (KVM, VMware), K8S, Cloud computing in general; • Ideally good experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning training and inference. • A customer-centric mindset with a proven passion for delivering customer value; • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in communicating complex technical concepts to various customer stakeholders on different level; • A growth mindset, with insatiable curiosity and a passion for learning and growth; • Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication); • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or customers.
