📋 Description

• Seize your opportunity with GDIT to make a personal impact as a Business Analyst • Support the AOUSC CMSO in its modernization effort • Help support internal and external communications for the modernization effort • Maintain information on the application modernization • Review and maintain documentation for distribution • Document standard operating procedures (SOP) • Support business analysis and product backlog development • Elicit and capture business requirements • Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, requirement documents, risks, issues, and dependencies • Support and conduct user interviews, group workshops, and surveys • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories • Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements • Facilitate development of acceptance criteria for user stories • Deliver technical briefings and host meetings to diverse audiences • Conduct business process analysis, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience or MA/MS with 4+ years of experience • Experience supporting the product owner and agile team • Eliciting business needs • Maintaining user stories in the backlog • Writing and maintaining technical documentation • Modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture, and data • Gathering and assembling requirements • Consulting with product owners, customers, key stakeholders, or end users • Developing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Working in Agile software development environments, processes, and practices • Assisting the Product Owner or Team Lead in defining the product scope, vision and roadmap • Providing system analysis and subject matter expertise on issues and bugs • Conducting business process analysis, workflow analysis and business process re-engineering • Designing legacy IT solutions for integration and deployment with active legacy applications • Developing IT solutions for modernization, and for new development projects • Delivering technical briefings and hosting meetings to diverse audiences
