📋 Description

• Supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), OBIM with software development and application enhancements • Seeking a highly motivated Engineer to develop, support, and modernize mission-critical applications • Help to develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications • Provide support and technical advice during all development phases • Work on new development and re-engineering efforts • Implement enhancements to existing systems and perform QA/testing as needed • Provide software development services on all tiers

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability • Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5+ years of development experience • Experience with GoLang and Java programming languages • DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven • Java Web Services / Spring Boot / Java EE Web Development / UI Frameworks / HTML / JavaScript • Knowledge with end-to-end fully-automated CI/CD pipelines, from code commits to production • Relational Database experience (RDBMS) • Experience in Docker, AWS Admin • RedHat/OpenShift v4.x • Experience in Agile development methodology • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of development experience
