• Support and enhance root cause analysis behind business KPIs as part of Monthly Operating Review (MOR). • Help identify drivers behind shifting trends and convert into tangible actions. • Provide financial guidance and operational analysis for the TX Business Line to support growth, manage risk and position the portfolio for optimized cash generation. • Connect operating actions to financial outcomes in terms of revenue, margins and net cash. • Partnering with Sales Ops and Commercial leaders to analyze the financial performance of the TX business line. • Provide financial support to global standard account planning processes and ongoing Hoshin initiatives. • Work in partnership between the TX business line and regional partners. • Build, enhance and measure operating standards. • Partner with the FP&A organization to connect TX Commercial leaders to key financial rhythms. • Responsible for translating concepts, developing strategy, creating programs to drive change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. • Advanced/strong experience in finance, accounting, or audit experience. • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary. • Good time management and ability to work well under pressure. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual. • Advanced experience of Microsoft suite. • Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g. FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.). • Strong Knowledge of Gas Power and HDGT Services business.
