• Supports Project Director in planning and executing contracts for nuclear power plants • Manages quality, cost, and schedule of the execution process • Assists in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participates in project kickoff meetings and coordinates documentation • Develops Project Management Plan and implements project procedures • Ensures compliance with Canadian export control and project requirements • Organizes and archives project correspondence and records • Leads project management meeting notes and tracking
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry • Minimum 10+ years of Progressive experience in managing projects • Minimum 10+ years of Experience in leading teams and coordinating work • Strong understanding of local, provincial, and federal codes • Minimum 10+ years of Experience in effectively communicating and negotiating • Extensive experience in project management within Nuclear Power Industry • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
