📋 Description

• Lead & develop the project accounting team responsible for Nuclear and Industrial within Core+ projects to simplify and create world class standard processes & policies resulting in proactive predictable financial management of the portfolio. • Support the development and implementation of strategies for project accounting process harmonization and standardization across business segments, enhancing efficiency and aligning with organizational goals. • Lead change management initiatives and drive process improvements, establishing performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and achieve significant efficiency gains. • Oversee all financial aspects of project accounting for Steam Services Core+ projects including project setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, manual journal entries, and reconciliations. • Communicate balance sheet position to senior management on a quarterly basis.

🎯 Requirements

• If hired in the U.S. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college, or related discipline, and 5+ years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience within the power generation or relevant industry. • If hired outside of the U.S. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college, or related discipline, and significant years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience within the power generation or relevant industry. • Strong technical finance acumen, including in-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting, controllership principles, financial reporting, and analysis. • Proven ability to lead and influence dispersed teams, providing clear direction, actively communicating and ensuring consistent performance. • Proven ability to drive change, including tactical planning, change management, coordination across the organization.
