• Develop and implement data analytics strategy for Internal Audit • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and irregularities • Provide data-driven insights to audit teams throughout all phases of the audit lifecycle • Build and maintain data analytics procedures and tools for ongoing audit activities • Develop continuous monitoring techniques and risk indicators using data analytics • Build data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and risks • Train and mentor audit team members on data analytics tools and best practices • Identify and implement process improvements within the audit department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) or relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) is a plus • 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in internal audit, data analytics, or a similar role • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, ACL, Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively
