• Install, maintain, and service state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems. • Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases. • Provide exceptional support to customers, helping them maximize the application of our systems. • Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance to ensure systems run smoothly. • Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework. • Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations to contribute to continuous improvement. • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceeding solutions. • Adapt your approach in real-time to match various situations.
