📋 Description
•Responsible for managing the business cycles: current month, current quarter, current year, and 3 year plan •Explain KPIs measuring the performance in all areas of spending •Analyze the variance to forecasts and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation •Coordinate and communicate forecasts to team/management •Facilitate/generate customer financial reporting per contract requirements •Review reports with internal management •Respond to customer financial questions/needs •Use Lean principles to streamline processes •Support requests for data in support of internal business needs, customer requests, audits, and proposals
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field •6 years of relevant finance experience •Strong oral and written communication skills •Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems •Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs •Established project management skills
