🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in avionics software development. • Master’s degree in STEM, with a focus on Software Engineering (desired). • Demonstrable experience with the software design lifecycle in an aerospace or similar safety-regulated environment, including familiarity with DO-178C (desired). • Proficiency in Ada, C, and C++ programming languages, and experience with tools such as DOORS, RTC, Git, and Eclipse (desired). • Strong oral and written communication skills (desired). • Proven leadership qualities (desired). • Experience with Agile software development practices and/or lean methodologies (desired).
