Description

• Join our growing and experienced UX team, focused on delighting users • Own & drive the full design process from discovery to delivery • Partner with product managers to research and understand customer needs • Work closely with engineering teams to ship projects that add value • Lead the research and design for core workflows on the Gearset platform • Working with customers to understand their needs through product research • Iterating on ideas with peers to solve customer needs • Prototyping solutions to validate with users • Collaborating with teams to get the right solution shipped • Advocate and initiate new research, design work to shape projects • Support peers in the UX team by providing feedback and helping team growth

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about working with customers to build the right solution • Can effectively create and communicate ideas for research and design work • Love designing simple, intuitive and delightful solutions to customer problems • Pragmatic when it comes to design choices and advocate for user experience • Have experience shipping products and working in a continuous development environment • Experience working on technical applications or developer tools • Have experience of working with hosted (SaaS) products
