Description
• Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems • Build product definition and leverage your technical skills to drive towards the right solution • Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle • Lead in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization • Define, create and support reusable application components/patterns from a business and technology perspective • Utilize programming languages like Python, C# or other object-oriented languages, SQL, and NoSQL databases • Mentor other engineers • Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams
Requirements
• Microsoft Visio, Azure IAAS Virtual Machines, Commvault SQL Backup and Azure Cloud Architecture • Ability to configure and resolve issues related to Oracle, SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups and SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance • Experience with IDERA SQLDM, ICAT, RMDA, IFMS, DBMON, Shavlik and AZ Copy • Experience with Password and Credential Management Tools ERPM and KeePass • Experience with SAR System, DevOps Catalog, and Remedy Ticketing system • Advanced understanding of DevOps concepts including Azure DevOps framework and tools • 4+ years of professional experience in software development, programming languages and database infrastructure • 3+ years of experience with architecture and design • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service • 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
