• The Core Insurance Platform organization is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer. • Help drive our insurance business transformation by transitioning to a tech organization. • Work collaboratively with technical and business teams. • Provide a frictionless experience for customers while maintaining high standards of protection and availability. • Mentor junior team members and improve processes.

Requirements

• Fluency and Specialization with at least two modern languages such as Java, .NET, Go or Rust including object-oriented design • Experience in building products using microservices architecture and extensible GraphQL and gRPC APIs • Experience building the architecture and design of new and current systems • Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code • Fluency in DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments • Experience in security protocols and products: Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth • Experience with commercial cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) • In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms • Strong problem-solving ability • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment • Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication)
