• GEICO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Identity and Access Management team. • Drive innovation in workforce and workload identity and access management. • Collaborate with business partners, product teams, and tech teams for modern identity platforms. • Manage a team of engineers, fostering professional development. • Ensure security, availability, and performance of IdP and IGA applications. • Define best practices for OATH and enhance data security. • Stay updated on emerging identity trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of security principles and technologies in the Identity and Access Management domain: RBAC/PBAC/ABAC, SSO (OAUTH/SAML), Active Directory, Cloud IdPs, Passwordless (Passkey/Hardware Token) and related concepts. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement resilient, scalable, and efficient solutions. • Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Compliance policies and practices. • Extensive experience in partnering with engineering teams and transferring research to production, demonstrating a track record of successful collaboration and delivery. • Strong familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code practices, driving efficiency and agility in development and deployment processes. • Fluency in DevOps concepts, Cloud Architecture, and operational frameworks, enabling effective deployment and management of cloud-based infrastructure. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities. • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complete technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • One or more of the following certifications are highly desired: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
