• Responsible for the business development of food ingredients and nutraceuticals in Baltic countries • Analysis of the market and product range of suppliers to find new potential • Building close relationships with suppliers and customers • Visits of customers and needs analysis • Participation in production trials and implementation of small-scale trials • Project management in cooperation with Customer Service Manager • Alignment of sales strategy with Category Managers and Country Manager
• Degree in Food Technology (or similar) • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred • Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development • Exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills • High willingness to travel • Very organized, reliable, positive thinking • Very good knowledge of English, local languages, and Russian (fluent in spoken and written)
