Description

• We are seeking a Lead Product Manager with deep expertise in marketing and marketing technology and a passion for optimizing customer experiences across all channels. • You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders to drive Gemini Exchange's global go-to-market strategy. • Your responsibilities will include defining and executing strategic roadmaps for both product and marketing to unlock new and existing growth channels. • You will create new product experiences to attract users, drive key top-of-funnel metrics, and optimize marketing output and efficiency. • Additionally, you will build and scale the technology infrastructure to support global marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch. • Experience with retail-focused products. • Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics. • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines. • Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves. • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
