📋 Description

• OBRIO is an IT company with Ukrainian roots inside Genesis business ecosystem. • We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche: Nebula is #1 in its niche in terms of downloads and revenue targets; • You’ll craft impactful user journeys that drive engagement and maximize lifetime value (LTV) for Nebula content users. • You’ll collaborate closely with the broader Content Team, working alongside 2 Product Managers, 2 Product Analysts, a UX/UI Designer, a UX Researcher, and a dedicated tech team (iOS, Android, Frontend, Backend, and QA specialists) to bring innovative ideas to life. • Leading product roadmap development and ensuring alignment with business goals; • Defining, prioritizing, and grooming tasks for the development team; • Generating and testing product hypotheses based on data and user insights; • Analyzing A/B test results in collaboration with analysts to drive product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a product company, or 2+ years if your experience is outside the product sector; • Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency in English; • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude; • Ability to analyze key product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU); • Understanding of A/B testing principles and their application; • Proficient in task management and planning tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.); • Strong knowledge of prioritization frameworks (ICE, RICE, Kano, etc.); • Result-oriented, with a focus on achieving outcomes rather than just processes; • Proactive and initiative-driven, always looking for ways to improve and innovate. • Nice-to-have: Experience working with a content product • Familiarity with products monetized through a subscription model • Experience conducting User Research.
