• 2+ роки досвіду на позиції сорсера. • Досвід роботи з tech та non — tech (digital marketing/analytics) вакансіями. • Пошук кандидатів за допомогою різноманітних методів, починаючи з Boolean Search, X-Ray search в LN / Google закінчуючи соцмережами та навіть методами OSINT. • Сильні навички копірайтингу для створення персоналізованих листів кандидатам. • Розуміння спеціальностей і методологій розробки програмного забезпечення. • Досвід роботи з базами даних кандидатів (ATS) та системами управління кандидатами (CMS). • Відмінні комунікативні навички. • Навички тайм-менеджменту з можливістю працювати з кількома відкритими вакансіями одночасно.
