• Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and ad networks, such Applovin, Ironsource, etc.) • Regular communication with ads networks client success managers to get advice on ads networks optimisation • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV • Analyze results and manage marketing budgets • Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, generate a hypothesis
• 1+ years experience in user acquisition • Experience in Facebook and Google campaigns management • Experience with TikTok and Pinterest will be a plus • Proven experience of work with at least one of these ad networks: Applovin, Ironsource, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral • Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions • Ability to learn from mistakes and keep on experimenting despite the failures • English level: at least intermediate
