Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the online directory, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional user experience • Growth the commercial user traffic to the directory on both sides of the transaction (vendor and user) efficiently • Identify, onboard, and manage third-party vendors and service providers • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery • Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimise terms and ensure cost-effectiveness • Analyse vendor proposals and recommend suitable agreements • Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the directory • Develop and monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth • Utilise analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations • Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability • Collaborate with the tech team to integrate new technologies and features into the directory platform • Ensure that the directory remains up-to-date with the latest technological advancements • Coordinate with Finance team to identify and resolve challenges • Work to improve user experience on the platform through continuous optimization and implementation of user feedback • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business • Conduct touchbase sessions with providers to ensure they remain updated with policy/procedural updates • Timely and prompt response to internal and external queries and provide solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, operations, economics or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, marketplace operations or analytics • Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder skills • Fluency in English • Passion for e-commerce and delivering world-class customer experience
