📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Type: Full-Time. • Job Location: Remote, Potential on-site visits for client meetings as needed. • The Program Integration Consultant plays a pivotal role in overseeing the integration of various Business, Technical, and contractor staff activities. • By ensuring seamless incorporation of new functions, policy updates, operational improvements, and system enhancements, this individual contributes to the efficiency and success of the healthcare program's ecosystem. • With multiple releases occurring on independent schedules and supported by different sets of teams and ARTs, this lead coordinates system integration activities across a broad range of stakeholders. • Additionally, this role involves creating and managing processes that help the client navigate issues, risks, and dependencies in line with the Program mission. • Success in this position hinges on the ability to sometimes lead from behind while also steering efforts of multiple independent vendors to meet delivery objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience with large system integrations. • Comprehensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. • Proven leadership in team settings, with experience in guiding and directing teams towards project goals. • In-depth understanding of software programming principles and development techniques. • Proficient with Atlassian suite tools, including JIRA, Slack, and Confluence. • Familiarity with SDLC (waterfall) processes, and Agile (Scrum) methodologies, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). • [Desirable] Knowledge of Federally Facilitated health insurance marketplaces or health insurance eligibility and enrollment processes.
