Description

• Consistently apply Genesys branding guidelines across all designs. • Highly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight deadlines • Create conceptual designs that communicate complex ideas effectively. • Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas, and communicating them to clients and other members of the team. • Plan production schedules for the various steps in the design process; analyzes project development costs and develop project budgets and workflow for multiple concurrent projects; participate in production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings. • Carry design projects from concept through completion. • Conduct creative consultations with employees at all levels of the organization. • Stay up to date with industry trends and how they can elevate the Genesys brand. • Ensure design files and image libraries are organized consistently. • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively. • Great sense of typography and visual composition. • Adhere to policies and conduct set forth by Genesys.

Requirements

• Speak English fluently • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent • Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, and Office. • Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating mastery, creativity, and diversity. • Expertise in web, presentation, and print design. • Rapid prototyping abilities. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems. • BFA/BA from an accredited university in Graphic Design or Fine Arts is preferred. • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development. • Ability to consult effectively with non-designers on projects.
