• Your team’s dynamic: • At Genetec, we know that hiring, retaining and managing the best talent is a key driver to our collective success. • We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, self-motivated, results-driven Channel Sales Specialist to help us achieve our objectives. • The role of the Channel Sales Specialist India is to provide support for Genetec partners and help them to execute account management strategies to drive sales and business growth. • The Channel Sales Specialist is based in Bangalore and will report to the Channel Sales Manager. • What your day will look like: • Reaching out to new and existing customers with the objective of increasing sales specifically with respect to Genetec advantage renewals • Implement concepts from ‘The Challenger Sale’ book • Giving customer demos on Genetec products • Preparing quotes based on clients needs • Supporting field reps and customers with all pre-sales functions • Working closely with suppliers and various departments for special pricing opportunities • Communicating regularly with field reps • Researching technical information on product requests • Understand internal tools like CRM, PBI, CPQ deeply and provide necessary functional guidance to the commercial teams as and when needed • Updating customer records and forecasting in the CRM for tracking by senior management • Providing backend support to sales teams in preparing bid supporting documents • Work with Customer Service in tracking the pending sales and pushing for revenues by collaborating with internal and external stake holders like SI partners and Distributors to achieve revenue goals set for the region with Channel Sales Manger • Flexible to work during off peak hours to collaborate with colleagues in Singapore and Montreal to ensure the sales operations is achieving its goals.
