Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering focusing on blockchain technology. • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams in a high-growth, innovative environment. • Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, cryptography, and distributed systems. • Experience with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) and development tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
