• Remote position • Contract role for Product Manager for Development & Reliability • Drive development and success of a software product • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements • Mitigate risk by planning and implementing discovery • Prioritize features and tasks based on impact and resources • Drive the development process for timely product releases • Gather and analyze customer feedback • Monitor key product metrics and adjust strategies as needed • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills • Self-driven, curious, hands-on • Strong understanding of software development, SaaS solutions, integrations and cloud hosting • 5+ years working in Agile development model • 3+ years software product management • Experience with Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodologies a plus • Insurance or banking industry experience preferred
