📋 Description
• The production master scheduler plans, schedules, prepares, releases production orders. • Revise the schedule of production orders, collaborate with inventory control and other areas. • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand. • Oversee the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process to ensure alignment with production capabilities. • Analyze demand and supply to identify and resolve imbalances. • Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to account for constraints. • Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and ensure timely implementation. • Identify and mitigate risks impacting the production schedule. • Seek opportunities for process improvement within the scheduling function. • Participate in global update calls and travel for process setups & training.
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant years of experience in master production scheduling. • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred) and advanced scheduling software (MRP, ASCP, etc.) • Bachelor's / master’s degree in supply chain management, CPIM / CSCP certified candidates (preferable). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
