📋 Description
• Work closely with underwriters and other departments to handle tasks on time with high quality • Prioritize workload to meet turnaround time • Take over additional requests from underwriters • Review, check, gather and upload insurance and legal documentation • Review insurance submission data for accuracy and completeness • Ensure data entered have supporting documentation attached • Maintain and update SOP to reflect business requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Very good knowledge of English, min B2 • Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge • Analytical thinking and self-starter • Personal culture and client management expertise (preferred) • High motivation and ability to learn (preferred) • Ability to work under time pressure (preferred)
