Description

• Design and develop Unreal Engine editor tools for industry leaders like Epic Games and their partners. • Designing and implementing C++ tools, plugins, modules, and applications for Unreal Engine Media and Entertainment. • This includes integrating UE with both hardware and software. • Designing and implementing C++ user interfaces for the Unreal Engine editor. • Bug fixing and maintaining plugin/application code base • Analyzing and fixing common problems in plugins and modules, such as memory usage and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of UE experience • 4+ years of C/C++ experience • Experience in creating your own UE plugins is a must-have • Experience solving complex programming challenges • Experience working with large codebases • Background in math, embedded systems, physics is a big plus • Experience with OS system tasks, such as graphics, rendering, tools, networking, etc. • Ability to listen to feedback and collaborate with others • Must work well in a team environment • Passion for new technology and C++ development • Experience in developing mobile apps and games (as a plus) • Experience with other game engines (Unity, Godot, UE, proprietary game engines) • Fluent in English • Experience working remotely (willing to continue so)
