• Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to understand their procurement and supply chain challenges, focusing on spend management, supplier collaboration, and procurement optimization. • Lead the discovery process with customers to assess their current state and quantify potential business value from GEP implementations, including savings, process efficiency, and supplier collaboration improvements. • Build comprehensive business cases and ROI models to justify investments in our solutions. • Provide strategic advisory services, guiding customers on procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives. • Act as a subject matter expert on procurement best practices. • Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, product management, and consulting teams to align on customer objectives and deliver the best possible outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends, procurement challenges, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to clients.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, with a focus on digital transformation and value-based selling. • Strong advisory and consulting skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and guiding strategic decisions in procurement or supply chain. • Ability to develop and articulate ROI models and business cases. • Understanding of key financial metrics and their impact on procurement decisions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
