• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, 2+ years in AI/ML • Product mindset, with a passion for innovation, disruption, and driving positive change • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to jump into whatever areas need attention and learn as you go
