Description

• Empower and enhance the lives of those affected by autism through virtual care. • Ensure reliable, effective, and efficient financial operations designed to scale. • Collaborate with teams to align financial objectives with business goals. • Establish strong internal controls for accurate financial reporting. • Manage the relationship with outsourced financial accounting partners. • Analyze operating results, financial trends, and key performance indicators. • Support preparation of financial information for board presentations. • Oversee treasury operations and payroll processes. • Coordinate with tax accountants for tax compliance and filings. • Work with external accounting firms for audits of financial statements. • Lead annual budgeting process for alignment with strategic plans. • Responsible for accounting for equity awards and reporting systems. • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification highly preferred. • 5+ years of experience in a controllership role with experience in accounting, financial management, and financial reporting. • Experience in finance and accounting with a health care services provider highly preferred. • Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls. • Proven experience with financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and accounting processes. • Proficient in accounting software and other software systems used in our business. • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
