🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native infrastructure and developer platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture patterns for secure, scalable applications • Extensive experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS) • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automated deployment pipelines • Experience implementing observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • A security-first mindset with knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements • Ability to balance immediate engineering needs with long-term platform health • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving complex technical challenges • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and elevating technical practices across teams • Comfort working in evolving environments and transforming complex systems incrementally
