• About BoltWise • BoltWise is at the forefront of transforming the distribution and supply chain landscape. • We're developing an AI-driven platform to streamline workflows and provide data-driven insights. • As a pivotal member of our nascent engineering team, you'll: • Work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1 • Have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices. • Dive into exciting greenfield initiatives: from crafting intuitive UIs for customer facing products to developing scalable backend systems and state-of-the-art machine learning models • Shape our company values and define our engineering culture.
🎯 Requirements
• Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges. • Technical Mastery: 4+ years of intense experience with backend software development • Web application development • We are language agnostic, but expect to demonstrate mastery in at least a single language or framework • Creating and maintaining CRUD API endpoints • Working with relational databases • Familiarity with Docker, Azure or GCP • Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role.
