📋 Description
• Develop end-to-end features, including backend code, APIs, and frontend UI, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Build and maintain monitoring and alerting infrastructure for critical product flows. • Ensure observability and maintenance for features developed by you and your team. • Influence technical direction for backend and frontend applications. • Shape engineering team culture, processes, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience in backend system development with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). • Knowledge of distributed system design patterns and unit testing frameworks. • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and customer/colleague empathy. • Strong design intuition and ability to address ambiguous engineering challenges. • Experience with browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). • Hands-on experience with distributed systems. • Interest or experience in AI and machine learning.
