📋 Description
• Analyze front-end user data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for product improvements. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to provide data-driven insights that inform product decisions. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product performance and user engagement. • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of product changes and new features. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user satisfaction. • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity, collection, and accessibility for accurate analysis. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization. • Present findings and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline). • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a related field (internships or academic projects may be considered). • Proficiency in SQL to query and analyze data from relational databases. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly. • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
