• Seeking an experienced Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development to lead growth initiatives • Shape the future of the company by driving long-term value and market expansion • Ideal candidate has deep experience driving strategic growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and data-driven planning
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting • Track record of executing M&A deals and strategic partnerships, ideally in fintech or SaaS • Strong financial and business acumen, including modeling, valuation, and scenario planning • Strategic mindset with strong product intuition and ability to collaborate with product and engineering leaders • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage complex projects • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%), including for in-person meetings, strategic offsites, and partner engagements • Preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN or New York, NY
