• Building scalable, distributed backend systems using AWS, Java, React, TypeScript • Working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment • Working for an early stage startup • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience • Solid coding practices including technical specifications, peer code review, and testing • Experience with Agile development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-awareness, positive attitude, and empathy • Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts
Requirements
• 7+ years of work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems • Experience with Java, JVM • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment • Experience with early stage startups • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience • Solid coding practices including technical specifications, peer code review, and testing • Experience with Agile development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-awareness, positive attitude, and empathy • Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts • Passion for building great products and innovating in the fintech space
