Description

• Building and managing the online community • Engaging with customers and fans on social media channels, forums, and other online platforms • Developing and implementing social media and content strategies • Collaborating with other departments to ensure community engagement efforts are aligned with business goals • Monitoring and analyzing social media and community metrics • Planning and executing community events, promotions, and campaigns • Developing and managing relationships with key influencers and ambassadors • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in community management or social media marketing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of social media and community management tools and best practices • Familiarity with social media and community analytics tools • Strong writing skills • Creative and strategic thinker • Flexibility to work hours inline with sporting events
