Description

• Manage the creation of paid media assets from concept to delivery for social networks. • Manage the creation of organic and marketing graphics used in social media, email marketing. • Collaborate in the branding process, creating new key assets and enhancing existing ones. • Work alongside other designers, social media managers, user acquisition managers. • Build out libraries of cutouts, backdrops, textures, and general assets. • Maintain an organized archive of all created assets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and marketing design. • Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant art/media creation software suites. • Demonstrate a core understanding of social media specs & creative considerations. • A strong portfolio demonstrating skill in composition, typography, and layout. • Experience in the sports industry and a passion for the space is a major plus. • A desire to be a part of a small team and begin at the ground level. • Ability to take direction and an eagerness to learn and contribute.
