📋 Description
• As a Strategy Consultant / Value Engineer (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of driving workforce and HR transformation for our enterprise customers. • Working closely with our go-to-market teams, you will be responsible for leading strategic discussions, identifying high-value use cases, and ensuring the success of our consulting practice "Flip Consulting Services". • Your role will be crucial in demonstrating the business impact of Flip.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role within a leading consultancy firm or a Value Engineering role in a enterprise B2B SaaS company. • A proven track record of engaging with VP and C-Level executives of large enterprises. • A strategic mindset and a highly structured approach to project management. • A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution and delivering results. • Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools. • Fluency in both German and English. • Nice-to-Have: • Experience in the SaaS industry and a strong affinity for technology. • Background in high-growth startups or scaling companies. • Additional language skills.
