🎯 Requirements
• A history of consistent top performance and a desire for a mission-driven work culture. • 5+ years of experience in full-time, post-graduation Software Engineering. • Prior experience with evaluations of ML or LLM-based product features, prompt engineering, agent-based approaches, and fine-tuning. • Familiarity with using AI for development (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor). • Desire to work across the stack on AI features, including frontend, backend, and interactions with LLM and ML models. • Location within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone. • Familiarity with our tech stack is preferred, including React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure and SQL.
